Shipping Policy


  • We ship to World Wide and you needn’t pay any tax. All of our products are shipped by general way (such as USPS etc. ) or Express (such as EMS and DHL etc.) , depending on which type you choose when you place order .
  • Postage which with General way will cost $6.00/piece , $8.00/2 to 4 pieces etc. ; which with Express you will cost $25.00/order .
  • Most of the items we carry are in stock and will be shipped on the next 1 business days after the payment completed . Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on next Monday. Your order will be delivered as soon as possible. If you choose general way, delivery time depend on your address registered on our web database . (Note: business days are Monday through Friday , Saturdays , Sundays and national holidays are excluded ) . If the items you ordered are out of stock , we will contact you by email on time.
  • Please check the appearance of product when you received . If it is damaged , please refuse to sign for it and return the product by postman. Or our Company won’t be responsible for it..
  • It is very easy for you to check the status of your order. When your order has been shipped out , we will send an email with a tracking number to your email address.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable . if you want to change address, please email us in time. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.

Return policy


  • If the product can’t work fine , please check twice to confirm that the item is defective and contact our customer service representative ASAP , let us know the detailed problem ,we will do our best to serve you.
  • All non-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the return shipping fee. (E.g. you brought wrong size or wrong model).
  • The warranty of each product is marked in the description , please read it carefully .
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization Number(RMA#) is required for all return packages. Packages without RMA # will not be handled.
  • We only accept the original package. Please make sure the products have NO man-made sabotage . If you purchased in improper condition , please NOTE that the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded, all return shipping fee should paid by the buyer.
  • This warranty does not extend to devices, such as computers or cameras, that are not the product we supplied. We shall not be held responsible for the improper use of our product(s ).
  • When the product has been shipped out or delivered, the shipping fee will not refund whether this product return back.
